Recently, there has been ongoing legal discussion concerning Sean “P. Diddy” Combs. In September, Combs was apprehended in New York over multiple charges linked to a federal investigation rumored to involve sex trafficking. As the founder of Sean John prepares for his trial, new reports suggest he may be implicated in a lawsuit filed against another rapper. Kanye West (formerly known as Ye) is being sued by his ex-assistant who also worked with Diddy, citing allegations of sexual assault and other offenses.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, Lauren Pisciotta alleges that Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session with Sean Combs years ago. She claims he requested a drink for her that was laced with an unidentified substance, which she felt made her feel disoriented, less in control of her body and speech. The next morning, Pisciotta stated that she didn’t feel well and experienced immense shame, though she was not fully aware of all the details at the time.
P. Diddy was mentioned in a recent lawsuit due to his role as “shared host” during a recording session, but he hasn’t been charged with any misconduct according to the newest allegations made by his former assistant.
Lauren Pisciotta has previously filed a lawsuit against Kanye West. Back in June, she brought charges against him for sexual harassment and wrongful dismissal. As she recounted her story, Pisciotta stated that she didn’t find out about the details of the night she alleges she was assaulted until much later on. She also mentioned an instance where West hinted at something akin to a casual relationship between them.
Following the submission of that lawsuit, it was Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) – who was married to Kim Kardashian at the time of the alleged event – who denied any wrongdoing and asserted he was being blackmailed instead. At present, his team has not yet commented on these fresh accusations.
