As a lifestyle expert with a rich background in Bollywood and Indian culture, I must say that the recent visit of the Kapoor family to India Gate is nothing short of a heartwarming spectacle. The relatability of their obsession with capturing moments at iconic landmarks like India Gate is truly endearing.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t contain my excitement as I recount the unforgettable moment when the esteemed Kapoor family graced our nation’s Capital! The illustrious group, including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor (and many more), made a special visit to pay their respects to our Honorable Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Their purpose? To extend an invitation for him to be part of the grand celebration commemorating the 100th birth anniversary of Raj Kapoor!
As a lifestyle aficionado, I’d like to share an intriguing moment that unfolded on December 11th. In the realm of Instagram stories, Neetu Kapoor, in her authentic way, posted a charming selfie. This snapshot, brimming with family warmth, included none other than herself, her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, her beloved husband Bharat Sahni, the radiant Kareena Kapoor, and the captivating Karisma Kapoor – who graced the frame in a half-revealed manner.
Just as many Indians have a strong desire to capture a memory at a historic landmark like India Gate, so too does the Kapoor family. In a charming selfie, Neetu, Riddhima, and Bharat are gazing into the camera, but it’s Bebo’s expressions, turned away from the lens, that truly captivated everyone.
It appeared as though the actress from Jab We Met was not quite prepared for the snapshot and instead found herself in an unguarded instant. Accompanying her post was the caption, “Last selfie at India Gate” with two heart emojis in pink. Moreover, Aadar Jain posted a family selfie showcasing the Kapoor family members.

Previously today, Kareena Kapoor shared a collection of photos showcasing her encounter with the Prime Minister. Upon her arrival back home, the actress didn’t forget to acquire a unique keepsake, intended for her children, Jeh and Taimur, to hold dear forever.
Moreover, these images not only showcased her but also included her family such as Saif Ali Khan (her husband), brother Ranbir Kapoor, sister-in-law Alia Bhatt, and sister Karisma Kapoor.

On December 14, 2024, the Kapoor family hosted a larger event that included a meeting, where they invited Prime Minister Modi to attend the Raj Kapoor Film Festival. This festival was held to honor the centenary of the renowned actor Raj Kapoor.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t contain my excitement about the upcoming film festival! From the 13th to the 15th of this month, cinemas in 34 cities will be graced with the timeless masterpieces of a legendary actor. Movies such as “Awara” (1951), “Shree 420” (1955), “Sangam” (1964), and “Mera Naam Joker” (1970) will be screened, showcasing his exceptional talent. I can hardly wait to immerse myself in these classic works once more!
