Shortly afterwards, rumors began circulating that he demanded a whopping 50 crores for the film following the success of Chandu Champion and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. However, the actor has now responded to these reports. Kartik added that tales similar to this one frequently come from external influences. He went on to say that when someone forges their own way, some individuals may feel irritated by it, which could result in embellished or unneeded stories being spun about them.

On Christmas 2024, Kartik Aaryan shared an exciting news with his fans – he will be working on a new romantic comedy titled “Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri,” which has an unusual twist. Collaborating with Karan Johar, this project is planned for release in theaters on February 13, 2026, just before Valentine’s Day.
