As a seasoned gamer and Marvel fan who’s been through countless hours of superhero adventures, I must say that the upcoming Disney+ series “Agatha All Along” has definitely piqued my interest! With Kathryn Hahn reprising her role from “WandaVision,” and a stellar cast including Patti LuPone and Ali Ahn, it’s shaping up to be a thrilling ride.
Kathryn Hahn and Aubrey Plaza caused quite a ruckus during their performance of a tune from the Disney+ show “Agatha All Along” at D23, not only that, but they also revealed the latest trailer for the series.
The debut of the Marvel Television project’s new promotion took place at the D23 expo in Anaheim, California on Friday. This series, titled Agatha All Along and created by Jac Schaeffer, is a spinoff from Disney+’s 2021 show WandaVision, and will start streaming on September 18 with its first two episodes available simultaneously.
In the animated series titled “Agatha All Along“, Hahn once again portrays Agatha Harkness, who she played in “WandaVision“. The main character, now powerless after a teen magically frees her from a spell, is compelled to confront a challenging sequence of trials called the Witches’ Road.
As a longtime fan of theatre, I have been fortunate enough to witness some truly remarkable performances over the years. From Broadway shows to off-Broadway productions, I have seen countless talented actors grace the stage and leave me in awe. However, there is something particularly special about the cast assembled for this upcoming production. With Patti LuPone’s iconic voice and commanding presence, Joe Locke’s versatility, Sasheer Zamata’s comedic timing, Ali Ahn’s nuanced portrayals, Maria Dizzia’s emotional depth, Paul Adelstein’s range, Miles Gutierrez-Riley’s raw talent, Okwui Okpokwasili’s innovative style, and Debra Jo Rupp’s reliability, I have no doubt that this will be an unforgettable experience. Each of these actors brings something unique to the table, and I cannot wait to see how they work together to create magic on stage. As a theatre-goer, it is moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with live performance in the first place – the opportunity to witness the power of human connection and creativity unfold right before my eyes.

In the production of “Agatha All Along“, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, and Mary Livanos serve as executive producers. The directors for this series are Kevin Schaeffer, Rachel Goldberg, and Gandja Montiero.
Disney announced the series title and premiere date at its upfront presentation in May.

Last year, when Hahn was nominated for the Emmy, she shared with The Hollywood Reporter that immediately following her work on Tiny Beautiful Things, she jumped into working on Agatha (All Along). This was an incredible experience, but it required a lot of time away from home. As a result, she’s thrilled to be back home for a while now.
