Have you ever desired a piece from Kenny Scharf’s “Karbombz!” collection, but found it difficult to purchase a full-scale vehicle? You’re in for a treat! The graffiti icon is collaborating with Hot Wheels to bring his cosmic mayhem to the 1967 Ford Thunderbird – available in both large and miniature versions.

The partnership represents a significant milestone for Scharf, who, as a child growing up immersed in LA’s car culture, shared the widespread fascination with Hot Wheels. The vehicle, christened “Zooom!”, reimagines one of the brand’s iconic “Original 16” models, adorning it with a vibrant red cast and spray-painted faces. Completing the retro look, it sports American Racing 500 Mono Cast wheels and BF Goodrich Silvertown Redline radial tires, all while adding a playful pop surrealist touch to maintain its classic charm.

The large-scale ride is scheduled for induction into the Hot Wheels Legendary Garage, where it will share space with authentic builds that will travel together in the upcoming Legends Tour.

Starting June 9, 2025, enthusiasts of Hot Wheels, Scharf collectors, and art aficionados alike can acquire a miniature die-cast Hot Wheels replica, featuring a metal chassis and neo-classic wheels. The item, affectionately named “Zooom!”, will be released in two versions: a signed edition priced at $300 USD, limited to 100 pieces, and an unsigned version costing $35 USD, also available in 100 units. Each purchase includes an acrylic case, a base adorned with charming details, a certificate of authenticity, and a decorative slipcover.
