2024 saw a rocky start for Akshay Kumar, but the actor remains optimistic and is now promoting his upcoming film “Khel Khel Mein.” The trailer for this movie was unveiled today, August 2, 2024, featuring an ensemble cast that includes Akshay along with Fardeen Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, and Pragya Jaiswal.
In a nutshell, Khel Khel Mein is a tale centered around three pairs of characters, where cell phones and secrets become pivotal elements. During a recent press conference, Akshay Kumar was questioned about what transpires when his wife, the former actress Twinkle Khanna, examines his phone. As usual, he offered a witty response to the query.
Akshay shared that only he knows the password for his cell phone and no one in his family is aware of it, so they can’t unlock it. When asked whose phone he’d peek at if given the chance, the star indicated towards director Mudassar Aziz. He explained that he’d look at his phone because he’s a rather romantic individual.
Akshay Kumar kept his humor flowing as he delivered amusing retorts. When queried about something personal that he conceals from others, the star of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan casually mentioned, “I prefer to keep my business dealings and financial matters private.”
In reference to Khel Khel Mein, it’s Akshay Kumar’s third movie scheduled for 2024, following Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Sarfira. The film is directed by Mudassar Aziz and features Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, and Pragya Jaiswal in the main roles. This comedy-drama is set to hit theaters on August 15, 2024, alongside Stree 2 and Vedaa, two other highly anticipated films.
Title 2, titled “Horror-Comedy Stree 2,” stars Shraddha Kapoor in the main role along with Rajkummar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana. Tamannaah Bhatia makes a special appearance in one of the songs. Amar Kaushik directs this film, which belongs to the Maddock Supernatural Universe.
In this movie, John Abraham takes the primary role, sharing the screen with Sharvari Wagh and Tamannaah Bhatia. Nikkhil Advani is the one who’s directing it.
