Khushi Kapoor calls sister Janhvi her ‘support system’; says ‘she is kind a parent to me’

As an ardent fan who has been following their journey, I must say, the bond between Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor is nothing short of inspiring! It’s truly heartwarming to see such a strong sisterly love that transcends beyond the usual sibling rivalry. From guidance in the smallest of things to being each other’s main support system, their relationship seems more like a partnership than just a bond of blood.

Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor have always been open about their affection towards each other. In celebration of Raksha Bandhan, The Archies actress highlighted the most wonderful aspect of having Janhvi as her sister. From rummaging through her closet to having her as a confidante, Khushi openly discusses their shared experiences.

In a chat with Lifestyle Asia India, Khushi Kapoor openly shared her deep affection for her sister, actress Janhvi Kapoor. She described her as an essential pillar of support in her life. Additionally, Khushi mentioned that no matter how trivial the issue, Janhvi always provides guidance. It’s Janhvi who Khushi reaches out to first whenever she needs advice on anything.

Kapoor expressed that the actress Mr. & Mrs. Mahi, in a sense, acts as a parent figure to her. She provides guidance on every matter, praises my efforts, and even offers motivational speeches. However, being Janhvi’s sister has its perks, like borrowing her clothes and shoes, which Khushi finds quite enjoyable. Recently, Khushi and her rumored boyfriend Vedang Raina made their runway debut together in a fashion show, and little sister Khushi considers it a wonderful bonus to share the spotlight with Janhvi last month.

Following the wrap-up of the event, Khushi shared with ANI that Janhvi had advised her to stay calm, focus on the present moment, and pay attention to the music. Additionally, the seasoned actress offered some last-minute suggestions to her younger sister and simply told her to remain true to herself prior to making her runway debut.

Currently, Khushi Kapoor is filming a romantic comedy called “Naadaniyaan” alongside Saif Ali Khan’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan. The film is directed by newcomer Shauna Gautam and produced by Karan Johar.

In terms of Janhvi Kapoor, she’s gearing up to star in her first Telugu movie titled “Devara: Part 1,” directed by Koratala Siva. This upcoming film features her alongside popular South actor NTR Jr., as well as Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, and Srikanth. The action-drama is slated for a cinema release on the 27th of September, 2024.
