As a long-time fan of Kid Cudi, I can hardly contain my excitement for his upcoming memoir, “Cudi: The Memoir.” Ever since the announcement back in 2022, I’ve been eagerly awaiting this deep dive into the life of one of my musical heroes.
Kid Cudi has announced an official release date for his upcoming memoir.
The book, appropriately named “Cudi: My Life Story“, is set to be published by Simon & Schuster on August 5, 2025. Cudder announced the title as early as 2022 and shared in December that he hopes it will inspire both fans and readers. He expressed that reflecting on his life’s journey brings him peace when discussing certain events and feelings, describing it as “a beautiful ride” encompassing moments, people, growth, fun, madness, and darkness.
He added, “I know this book will inspire you to live your life to the fullest every chance you get, reach for your dreams and work hard to bring them to reality, and keep God close. Because thru all the ups and downs Hes the one thats never left you alone.” Cudi continued, “My hope is that after u read this, you’ll have the [confidence] to bet on yourself, and strive to live life as a better human on this planet and spread love.”
