As a long-time fan of both Lacoste and One Piece, I am beyond excited for this upcoming collaboration! The fusion of these two iconic brands is truly a dream come true.
As a passionate gamer and avid fan of One Piece manga, I’m thrilled to share that Lacoste is preparing to unveil an exclusive collection just for us! This collection will feature the iconic artworks of Eiichiro Oda brought to life on essential wardrobe items. Can’t wait to add these unique pieces to my gaming wardrobe!
Seven items have been unveiled in total: hoodies, T-shirts, a polo shirt, socks, and a cap. Several of these pieces feature a fun crocodile graphic in black and white, which aligns with Lacoste’s emblem. The inspiration for this particular design came from a T-shirt concept depicted on the cover page of manga chapter 1106 of “One Piece.”
On the revised cover page, a large crocodile image wears a white T-shirt with a crocodile design and the text “Lacoste” instead of just “LET.” To honor the partnership accurately, these elements have been adjusted to reflect Lacoste’s logo and signature branding.
Some pieces in the collection showcase Oda’s unique take on the crocodile theme. In contrast, numerous styles are adorned with a substantial black-and-white reproduction of the cover art from Chapter 1106.
The “One Piece” collection, priced between ¥3,300 and ¥33,000 JPY ($22 – $216 USD), will first become available on Lacoste’s website on August 2 and in select stores starting August 6. These items, including a hoodie, socks, and cap, will be released in limited quantities as exclusive items in Japan.
