As a fan of both LEGO and creativity, I am absolutely thrilled by their latest project, the Flowerpot Project. It’s inspiring to see how they are highlighting black creativity and showcasing world-class artists like Pharrell Williams, Lando Noris, and now Lauren London, Mookie Betts, and Pusha T.
LEGO showcases a wide range of creative leaders who drive change, having recently teamed up with Pharrell Williams and Lando Norris to develop custom buildable sets. In their upcoming project, LEGO emphasizes black creativity by featuring Lauren London, Mookie Betts, and Pusha T in the Flowerpot Project.
LEGO honors indomitable black communities within creative realms, highlighting renowned performers and artists alongside their loved ones in their homes. By portraying these families, they demonstrate the powerful bond between parents and children as they explore their artistic sides together.
Los Angeles Dodgers player Mookie Betts enjoys outdoor LEGO flower-building sessions with his wife and kids. Actress Lauren London entertains her children in a room full of LEGO bricks, playing with animal and spaceship toys together. Lastly, Virginia rapper Pusha T creates music with his family in the studio using toy headphones and car replicas.
