LEGO and Formula 1 Announce Multi-Year Partnership

As a gamer with a lifelong passion for both LEGO and racing, I can hardly contain my excitement over this groundbreaking partnership between two of my favorite worlds! Growing up, I spent countless hours building LEGO sets and dreaming about the thrill of Formula 1 races. To now see these two giants joining forces to create immersive experiences that blend engineering, creativity, and high-speed racing is nothing short of a dream come true.

LEGO Group and Formula 1 have unveiled a long-term partnership starting from the 2025 racing season. The goal is to bring the thrill of Formula 1 closer to younger audiences and families by integrating it with LEGO’s play world. This alliance emphasizes innovation, engineering, and inclusivity in its approach.

Significantly, this collaboration encompasses a variety of LEGO products based on all ten Formula 1 teams, ranging from LEGO DUPLO sets for younger children to more complex builds for older enthusiasts. Additionally, there will be fan engagement activities at major races, providing interactive experiences at Grand Prix events.

As Formula 1 gains more traction among youth, particularly those aged under 25, the LEGO Group is eager to offer interactive experiences that emphasize the sport’s technical elements. In the future, fans can anticipate constructing replicas of famous race track and garage moments using LEGO bricks, merging the excitement of top-tier motorsport with creative construction.

As a LEGO gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled about our upcoming partnership with Formula 1! Julia Goldin, Chief Product & Marketing Officer at LEGO, mentioned this collaboration will deepen my connection to the sport, while Emily Prazer, Formula 1’s Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized it will fuel my creativity and passion for F1. We’re looking forward to unveiling these products and experiences in time for the 2025 FIA Formula 1 World Championship!
