Lil Nas X was hospitalized Monday after he “lost control of the right side of” his face.

The hip-hop artist shared insights about his recent health issue in an Instagram post that included a video of him attempting facial movements. He commented, “Here’s a complete smile from me,” as he struggled to smile fully on his right side.

In the video, Lil Nas X’s left side of the face remained unmoving, prompting him to exclaim, “I can’t even laugh properly, man, what the hell is going on, Oh my God.” Following this revelation, he reassured his followers via Instagram Story that he was in good health and doing well. He added, “I might look a bit odd for a while, but that’s temporary.
