Lil Uzi Vert Contradicts Previous Retirement Announcement With Confirmation of 'Eternal Atake 2'

As a seasoned gamer who’s been through countless album drops and artist retirements, I must say I’ve learned to take such announcements with a grain of salt. Lil Uzi Vert’s latest twist on his career path feels like playing a game of musical chairs, but with more twists and turns than I can count.

It seems that Lil Uzi Vert is not quite retiring, as he has just revealed plans for a fresh new album on the horizon.

In a recent chat, the artist affirmatively hinted at fresh tunes by responding “Eternal Atake 2” to a question about upcoming music. Specifics like a release date weren’t revealed yet, but it contradicts Uzi’s retirement statement from October 2023.

Uzi has recently expressed his anticipation for retirement after the release of “Luv Is Rage 3,” stating, “I made this decision not too long ago.” He initially planned to keep it a secret, but with the upcoming release of “Luv Is Rage 3,” he feels it’s time to announce that this will be his final album before stepping back to live a normal life.

They reassured their disheartened fans, “Don’t worry, everything’s fine.” After releasing Luv Is Rage 3, I might embark on another tour for that album. However, once that’s done, I’d like to strive for a more ordinary life. Thank you for your continued support and for standing by me in this decision. I promise to put my best effort into Luv Is Rage 3 this time around, as we need to uphold its legacy. Thank you.”

Last December, I was thrilled to learn that they were planning to venture into the world of women’s fashion, announcing the commencement of their clothing company’s headquarters construction.

Stay tuned more info on both albums.
