As a devoted fan of fashion and the glamour of Hollywood, I was absolutely thrilled to attend the Giorgio Armani Mare pop-up at Soho House’s Little Beach House in Malibu. The Italian coastal living-inspired collection was a feast for the eyes, with its timeless style infused with modern flair.
Following its debut in Italy’s picturesque seashore locales, the summer-inspired Giorgio Armani Mare collection made its way to Soho House’s Little Beach House in Malibu for a weeklong appearance. The temporary store opened on Tuesday, July 16, with an exclusive party and dinner graced by a glittering Hollywood guest list featuring Henry Golding, Chase Stokes, and Lili Reinhart among others.
At sunset, the glamorous Malibu audience got a first glimpse of the Mare line, reportedly influenced by the relaxed elegance of the Italian Riviera. This season’s collection blends classic Italian fashion with contemporary elements, aiming to create the perfect summer wardrobe.
The lower terrace of Little Beach House Malibu, including its stairway leading to the upper terrace, was decorated with unique palm patterns in a turquoise hue from Mare, complemented by wooden and gold-toned accessories and furniture.
For the initial presentation in the US, the high-end fashion label Armani / Casa showcased its outdoor collection, featuring a sofa, an armchair, a sunbed, a spacious dining table, among other pieces, from its line of luxury furniture.
The Hollywood Reporter held conversations with Stokes, Simone Bent Garity and Troy Garity, Armani’s Chase Leger, Celine Khavarani, and Barry Frediani. Maha Dakil and Kate Marr (accompanied by her husband Jamie Bell) were among those talking with Max Minghella. The Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Phillip Picardi was also in attendance. One attendee expressed delight at the large number of guests, despite the Malibu location and lengthy valet wait (which took around 20-25 minutes for some).
As a passionate gamer, I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting experiences. And guess what? Armani’s Mare Collection pop-up is just that! This summertime shopping event offers an enticing selection of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear items and beach accessories, all waiting for me to explore. The best part? I get to visit this fashionable paradise as a club member from now until July 20. Plus, there are more pop-up experiences in store at the luxurious Armani Beverly Hills boutique through August. Can’t wait to level up my wardrobe!
