As a long-standing fan of Lionsgate and its incredible lineup of films, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the extension of Jon Feltheimer’s contract as CEO. With his remarkable leadership and vision, he has steered the studio through challenging times and delivered some of my all-time favorite movies. From “The Hunger Games” to “John Wick,” Lionsgate has consistently produced quality content that resonates with audiences worldwide.
Lionsgate has renewed Jon Feltheimer’s position as CEO for a further five years, with his tenure set to continue until July 31, 2029.
In the gaming world of Hollywood, I, Jon Feltheimer, secured an exciting new contract back in 2020 that could see me sticking around at the studio till August 2025. Just yesterday, Lionsgate’s Compensation Committee gave their seal of approval to a fresh employment deal, locking me in as CEO for another five years. The studio shared this news in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.
More to come.
