Logout actor Babil Khan reacts to his awkward conversation with Huma Qureshi in viral video; tells paparazzi ‘Bahut bura laga’

Just recently, I found myself in the midst of a buzzing fashion event within the heart of our city. As the glitz and glamour unfolded at this gala, up-and-coming actor Babil Khan and the luminous Huma Qureshi happened to meet. Their encounter sparked an amusing exchange that, as it turned out, quickly made its way across social media.

However, the tone of their conversation was misinterpreted by many, giving rise to accusations that Huma was being impolite towards Babil. Now, in a heartfelt response, Babil – fresh off his Logout success – has addressed these rumors, expressing that he was genuinely hurt by the viral clip.

On April 14, 2025, Babil Khan and Huma Qureshi encountered each other at a costume party in Mumbai. A video of their interaction at this event soon became popular. In the footage, Irrfan Khan’s son mentioned that someone had not returned his call, to which the actress from Maharani replied, “We’ll chat later.

Later on, Qureshi declined to answer when Babil inquired if the individual they were discussing was upset with him. Instead of responding, Qureshi walked off towards the event, confiding in a friend, “I feel like I want to hit this kid.” Following the spread of the video online, spectators commented that their interaction seemed strange and that Huma appeared disrespectful towards Babil.

Recently, the Qala actor addressed a viral video, according to Hindustan Times. During a special screening of his film Logout, he spoke with the press and expressed his feelings about the situation, saying “You made a mistake. Why and what was that? That was very strange. It felt bad and hurtful, truly!

Stepping onto the film scene again, I’m excited to be a part of the cyber thriller drama, “Logout,” directed by Amit Golani. Alongside me in this project are talented actors Rasika Dugal, Gandharv Dewan, and Nimisha Nair. This captivating production is slated for release on April 18, 2025, exclusively on Zee5.

Regarding Huma, she’s slated to appear alongside Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Amrita Rao, Saurabh Shukla, Annu Kapoor, and more in the upcoming Jolly LLB 3. The third movie in this series is projected for a cinema release by September 2025.
