As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for both virtual and real-life bloodbaths, I can hardly contain my excitement about Luca Guadagnino taking the reins of the American Psycho remake! With his impeccable eye for detail and knack for crafting captivating, visually stunning narratives, this Italian maestro is sure to breathe new life into Patrick Bateman’s twisted tale.

Luca Guadagnino is getting ready to explore a fresh take on Patrick Bateman.

The movie director is currently discussing terms for directing a fresh movie version of the 1991 novel “American Psycho” by writer Bret Easton Ellis, which was earlier turned into a film under the direction of Mary Herron and starring Christian Bale as main character Bateman, released in cinemas in 2000.
