Luke Visits a Ghostly Cabin in the Woods in First Look at Latest SurrealEstate (WATCH)

Calling Sam Raimi! In an exclusive sneak peek of the sixth episode in Season 3 of ‘SurrealEstate’, airing Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on SYFY, we delve into the timeless “cabin-in-the-woods” plotline – a classic twist that Raimi might appreciate!

In this scene, experienced paranormal real estate agent Luke Roman, played by Tim Rozon, steps into a peculiar house inhabited by a quirky man and his dog, Erasmus. Despite the cabin’s inviting features like its extensive library and crackling fireplace, there’s an unsettling atmosphere about it. For instance, the owner insists that the exterior isn’t important, which seems strange. To make matters more puzzling, the entrance door through which Luke entered has mysteriously disappeared. It doesn’t require a rocket scientist to deduce that our main character has encountered a pair of ghostly entities.

In a conversation with United Press International (UPI) last month, Levy explained that the special, deeply moving instances of assisting some unidentified spiritual entity to transition and move forward hold an incredible amount of beauty and emotion. The series was developed under the supervision of showrunner George R. Olson, who also holds a position as one of the executive producers. Alongside him in this role are Lance Samuels, Daniel Iron, Armand Leo, and Danishka Esterhazy.

For a significant part of my professional journey, I was involved in advertising, where we frequently collaborated with residential real estate firms. Our tasks primarily revolved around branding, helping them establish their identities and distinguish themselves from other real estate companies. In 2021, I shared this experience with SYFY WIRE. I also gained a bit of understanding about the business. However, during a conversation with one of the residential agents, he described a house he had listed, which was truly exceptional – an older home featuring exquisite woodwork and a stunning stairway. He believed it would sell quickly. But the owner expressed concern that whoever purchased the property might also be acquiring ‘Sad Sally’, a reference to potential negative associations or emotions tied to the property.

He went on saying: “The agent mentioned, ‘If you have a leaky roof or radon gas in your basement, I can sort that out. Who should one contact for this?'” Olson further explained. “As I pondered over this, an idea struck me – ‘Perhaps they’ve seen the concept of Ghostbusters and are experts in helping spirits move on, but what if these professionals were real estate agents themselves? What if their unique area of expertise was this niche?’ This thought sparked the idea, and I began thinking, ‘It does have that weekly procedural house format to it.’
