Here, I’ve arranged all the Marvel MM heroes, providing a quick summary of their abilities, allowing you to select one based on your requirements!
In this setup, you’ll find two categories of heroes: those who initially have a 2-star rating, and others with a 3-star rating at the outset. Regardless of their initial ranking, all heroes can undergo upgrades. It’s essential to note that no hero is inherently superior or inferior based solely on their starting rank. However, various factors contribute to how effective a hero may become.
Although it may seem that Iron Man is the superior hero due to his limited availability in the gacha, this isn’t entirely accurate. In fact, Hulk, who is one of your initial heroes, holds the same high rank as Iron Man. This demonstrates that you don’t necessarily need a particular hero to conquer stages, or for them to be rare to be top-tier.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t stress enough that when considering an ideal hero, it’s not just about their individual arsenal of abilities, but also how brilliantly they can complement other heroes in a team setting. Essentially, I aim for harmonious interactions between the heroes, not merely exceptional solo skills.
In the Marvel Mystic Mayhem tier list, I’ve divided all the heroes from S+ tier to C tier, with the S+ heroes being the best. I’ve written a brief explanation for each one of them underneath the rankings, so you can understand why that hero is so good, or why it isn’t.
1 S+ tier
- Doctor Strange
- Emma Frost
- Thor
- Scarlet Witch
At present, Doctor Strange stands out as an exceptional Mastery figure. His abilities include healing his teammates, removing negative effects from them, inflicting harm upon opponents, and even causing them to become temporarily incapacitated. His power level is truly impressive.
Currently, Emma Frost is widely regarded as one of the top Controller characters in Marvel’s Mystic Mayhem, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Doctor Strange. Her abilities include dishing out area-of-effect damage and healing a single ally, while additionally causing confusion among her enemies, compelling them to attack each other.
Thor functions as an Area of Effect (AoE) combatant, capable of inflicting damage on multiple foes simultaneously while also swiftly moving towards the enemy’s backline. He possesses the ability to enhance his own Attack Speed and Basic Attack Damage, but his true strength lies in dealing increased damage to electrified adversaries.
As a dedicated fan, I’d rephrase it like this: In my opinion, the Scarlet Witch stands out as a Striker, even though she’s a somewhat contentious choice for the S+ tier. What sets her apart is her ability to boost her Critical Rate personally, yet her power mainly stems from amassing mana and unleashing area-of-effect attacks, often in rapid succession. This, in my view, makes her an incredibly potent damage dealer.
2 S tier
- Psylocke
- Hulk
- Iron Man
- Juggernaut
In the Marvel Mystic Mayhem game, Psylocke serves as a Fighter and an initial hero for all players. She has the ability to swiftly move towards an opponent of your preference. Moreover, she can inflict not only single-target but also area-of-effect damage that’s quite substantial.
The Hulk serves as a Defender, ranking among the top at present. Known for his durability, he has the ability to recover his own health, unleash area-of-effect (AoE) damage, and even lessen the harm inflicted upon him by adversaries.
As a gamer, I find myself embodying this high-octane Striker known as Iron Man. Dashing through battlefields with an unyielding momentum, I strike down my adversaries. My toolkit is simple yet effective – but there’s a twist: when I unleash my Blaster Array, it bypasses some of the enemy’s defense shields, making them more vulnerable to my relentless onslaught.
The character Juggernaut serves as a Defender much like the Hulk. He has the ability to charge towards a designated location, causing harm to any adversaries in his path. Additionally, he can lessen the impact of incoming damage with his Crimson Rage, and with Cyttorak’s Curse, he obtains a moderate shield and some Ultimate Energy.
3 A tier
- Moon Girl & Devil Dino
- Armor
- Lady Bullseye
- Storm
On your second login day, you’ll find Moon Girl & Devil Dino. They function as controllers, capable of inflicting damage on surrounding enemies. Additionally, they have the power to boost the attack power of other summoned units. While useful, their effectiveness can vary greatly depending on the situation.
The Defender’s armor is surprisingly effective. It allows her to convert regular attacks into area-of-effect ones, provoke adversaries, and even acquire a protective shield. Additionally, she possesses a stun ability, which is quite substantial for a seemingly ordinary character. With some upgrades, she could potentially rank higher.
Lady Bullseye serves as one of my preferred Strikers, boasting both personal buffs and collaborative benefits. Upon vanquishing a foe, she boosts her Critical Hit Rate. Moreover, her Katana Slash ability reduces the cost of subsequent Katana Slashes if an ally follows up with an attack. To top it off, she has the unique trait of evading enemy attention by turning invisible.
Storm, a character classified as a Striker, becomes available following successful completion of all seven-day missions at no cost. This powerful figure amasses a significant amount of Ultimate Energy by counteracting adversaries, and what’s particularly noteworthy is that the majority of her abilities are centered around debuffing enemies.
4 B tier
- Sleepwalker
- Moon Knight
- Angela
- Echo
- Misty Knight
- Doppelganger
- Falcon
- Spider-Man
- Sentry
Sleepwalker is a Controller who can heal allies and boost the damage of his next skill.
Moon Knight functions as a combatant, possessing the ability to regenerate health not only for himself but also his nearby teammates. Additionally, he can remove one debilitating effect from an ally. His skills include boosting the attack speed of his allies and swiftly moving towards a designated target location.
Angela serves as a protective figure, capable of weakening opponents’ defense, boosting her own damage resistance, and attracting nearby enemies towards her position.
Echo, a Fighter character, has the ability to replicate the expense of a skill similar to Ronin’s Shadow, and additionally dishes out reasonable damage.
Misty Knight operates as a combatant, inflicting harm on adversaries. She particularly benefits from eliminating enemies previously tagged by her Bounty Hunter ability, as this action provides her with mana.
A Doppelganger is essentially a warrior with traits similar to an assassin. He has the ability to enhance his attack speed and swiftly move behind an adversary for a quick, slicing attack.
Falcon serves as a Controller character, empowering teammates using his Wing Shield ability, and attacking foes, bypassing their defensive shields.
Spider-Man acts as a Commanding figure, capable of inflicting area-effect damage and lowering the cost of his own and his team’s abilities. Additionally, he has the power to lessen the damage inflicted by enemies.
Sentry is a defensive character who has the ability to momentarily immobilize adversaries. By dashing to a chosen spot, he obtains a protective barrier, and also provokes his foes.
5 C tier
- Black Knight
- Man-Thing
- Dreamqueen
- Thread
- Mister Negative
As an avid gamer, I’d describe Black Knight as a combatant with an extraordinary ability: he can tap into a Berserker state, amplifying his attack power exponentially while gradually diminishing his health points. He possesses the agility to dash swiftly towards designated destinations and has a unique talent to augment his own damage output.
Man-Thing functions as a Controller, inflicting Damage Over Time (DoT) through a burning effect, summons up to four Boy-Things, and provides healing support for allies. He works particularly well in tandem with Moon Girl & Devil Dino.
As an enthusiast, I’d say that Dreamqueen serves as a Controller, boosting my allies’ Skill Damage, lessening the blows inflicted upon us by adversaries, and bypassing their protective barriers during attacks.
Character “Thread” functions as a Striker, boosting the Attack Speed of allied summoned units and able to deploy up to four Threadlings. Furthermore, he has the power to command other summoned units to focus their attacks on a single enemy. He’s particularly effective in a team that summons other units.
Mr. Negative is a combatant who inflicts greater harm on enemies as they accumulate more negative effects, or debuffs. He also has self-healing abilities and can increase his own attack power. Additionally, he’s capable of stripping positive effects, or buffs, from his opponents.
