Marvel Rivals: How To Join, Create, or Leave a Faction

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I can confidently say that the faction system in Marvel Rivals has added a whole new dimension to the game. It’s like stepping into the Marvel Cinematic Universe itself!

I’ve been through the ups and downs of gaming, from the days of dial-up connections to the era of cloud gaming. But the social aspect that factions bring is something I’ve always craved. It’s not just about winning games; it’s about forming alliances, strategizing together, and rising through the ranks as a team – much like the Avengers themselves!

Joining or creating a faction is as easy as clicking a few buttons, which is a welcome relief for someone like me who’s more interested in gaming than navigating complex menus. And if you ever find yourself in a rut with your current group, it’s just as simple to leave and explore other factions or start your own.

But remember, with great power comes great responsibility. Don’t go leaving willy-nilly; check the faction’s event calendar first! After all, who wants to be the guy who left the Avengers right before they saved the world? Not me!

Lastly, I must say, the process of joining and leaving factions in Marvel Rivals is so straightforward that even my grandma could do it – if she were into gaming, that is. But then again, I wouldn’t want to imagine her battling Ultron or Loki!

If you want to add some excitement to your gameplay in Marvel Rivals, consider switching factions by joining one, creating your own, or even departing from an existing one. This could bring about new challenges and opportunities for you!

If you’re feeling bored with your existing circle or fancy a change, the game offers an effortless way to mix things up.

In this manual, we’ll take you step-by-step through all the essential information on switching allegiances among factions, enabling you to pick the approach that fits your gaming strategy most effectively.

How To Join, Create, or Leave a Faction

Factions are groups or guilds where you can join others for competitive gameplay and events.

Every group is allowed to have a maximum of 12 members, and these teams can compete for both real-life awards and virtual bonuses.

A lot of individuals decide to become part of groups (factions) where they can work alongside those sharing similar ideas, plan strategies together, and move up in status collectively.

To participate in the competitive aspect of Marvel Rivals tournaments, it is essential that you become a member of a faction, as this is the structure used within the gaming community.

Prior to considering departure from a faction, it’s useful to familiarize yourself with the functioning of factions within the game first.

In this setup, players or event coordinators establish groups known as factions. You have the option to become a member of an already established group, or alternatively, you could start your very own one.

To create a faction, head to the Tournaments tab and choose the Create Faction option.

To create a unique identity for your team, you’ll be asked to select a team name, design an emblem, and specify other preferences like the skill level or location of the players.

If you prefer joining existing alliances, navigate to the same area and select “Explore Factions” to discover different factions.

From there, you can either apply to join or enter an open faction.

At first glance, departing from a faction in Marvel Rivals may appear quite different, but upon closer inspection, it shares many similarities with the procedure of entering one.

Navigate to the ‘Tournaments’ section in the primary menu for a convenient overview of all faction-related actions gathered together.

Once you’re in, just click the Faction tab to see which faction you’re in.

After that, search for your name on the members’ roster and pick it out to see a variety of choices displayed.

Choose Leave Faction, and a confirmation window will ask if you’re sure about your decision.

Once your confirmation comes through, you’ll no longer belong to the group, enabling you to explore other factions or even create your own if you prefer.

Remember to always verify if any groups have ongoing activities or tasks before departing, to avoid missing out on them.
