Pokémon and McDonald’s are teaming up once more for a unique Happy Meal promotion, introducing fresh methods to engage with the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG).
McDonald’s and Pokémon are collaborating again on a special Happy Meal, providing new avenues for enjoying the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG).
Every Happy Meal comes with a Trading Card Game booster pack that contains four out of fifteen unique cards: Charizard, Pikachu, Miraidon, Jigglypuff, Hatenna, Dragapult, Quagsire, Koraidon, Umbreon, Hydreigon, Roaring Moon, Dragonite, Eevee, Rayquaza, and Drampa. Alongside these cards, players will also get a Pokemon poster and one sticker sheet to customize the poster.
Customers in the U.S. who order a Happy Meal through the McDonald’s app will also get 24 packs of hourglasses labeled as “Pokémon Trading Card Game Timekeeper” and 12 wonder hourglasses. Additionally, the Happy Meal box may feature group portraits of Charizard, Pikachu, and Dragonite or designs of Rayquaza or Roaring Moon.
Guillaume Huin, Senior Marketing Director at McDonald’s, expressed that there’s nothing more exhilarating than collaborating with partners we admire to present campaigns to our followers. Just as our fans cherish McDonald’s, they have a profound affection and nostalgia for the Pokémon brand. We are ecstatic about rekindling those fond memories and crafting a fresh experience of joy and fun with the new Pokémon Happy Meal.
The Pokémon Happy Meal is available now at participating McDonald’s US locations nationwide.
