As a gamer with a deep appreciation for hip-hop and a keen eye for pop culture, I’m absolutely thrilled about Megan Thee Stallion‘s upcoming deluxe album, MEGAN: ACT II! Having closely followed her journey from the “Hot Girl Summer” days to her current reign as a powerful force in music, I can’t help but feel like I’ve grown alongside her.
After the summer launch of her self-named studio LP, which marks her third full-length album, Megan Thee Stallion plans to unveil a deluxe version of this project. This upcoming album is titled MEGAN: ACT II and is set for release on October 25th (Friday).
The initial MEGAN LP boasted hits such as “Hiss” and “Cobra,” and it showcased partnerships with Victoria Monet, GloRilla, UGK, Big K.R.I.T., among others. Recently, the rapper joined forces with RM from BTS for their collaborative single “Neva Play,” which is expected to be included in the expanded album.
Instead of the original album depicting Megan emerging from a shell with snake references on its cover, the deluxe edition displays her in a pose with butterfly wings.
