Meta Platforms Inc., the well-known tech company, is updating its board of directors, with Dina Powell McCormick and Patrick Collison joining as new members, starting from April 15.
Collision serves as both the co-founder and chief executive officer for the payments platform Stripe, whereas Powell McCormick holds the positions of vice chairman, president, and leader of international client services at the merchant bank BDT & MSD Partners.

In the past few months, both Collison and Powell McCormick have joined Meta’s board of directors. This move follows a previous announcement by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, where he introduced three new board members, including UFC CEO Dana White. In total, Meta has onboarded five new members in only four months.
