Miley Cyrus Brings Back The Mint Trend In Unique Beaded Bikini Top (And Chaps)

10 years ago, I was all about those oversized, beaded necklaces, especially the ones in mint green – they were everywhere! It seems like every bride’s bridesmaid was wearing them, and I ended up collecting quite a few coral and mint beaded necklaces. I still have them tucked away somewhere. Recently, Miley Cyrus has revived both the style and the color with her unique creation – a bikini top and chaps made out of chunky mint jewelry. It’s a sight I never thought I’d see!

A bolder individual might consider this style suitable and hastily grab some pliers to rework my unused jewelry stash, but I couldn’t possibly achieve or carry off anything as refined as what Cyrus is wearing here. It’s certainly a fashion worth investigating, though even if I possessed the skills to wear it, I’d likely worry about the shoulder fastenings on such pieces.

As a film enthusiast, I’ve always admired Miley’s flair for fashion accessories. The gloves she’s sporting in this piece are a perfect match for her outfit, although they can’t quite compare to her iconic foam finger. Yet, Miley doesn’t need an eccentric accessory to stand out; her entire ensemble seems to be a wild accessory all on its own.

In a fresh music video titled “Easy Lover,” which is the second single from her latest album named “Something Beautiful,” the singer opted for that particular style. The song has been in the works for a few years, initially intended for her previous album and reportedly even for a potential collaboration with Beyoncé (who chose a different path), but eventually Brittany Howard was brought on board to play the guitar part.

As a die-hard movie fan, I’ve got to say that the decision to release an unreleased track seems to have been a winning move. Miley Cyrus fans can’t get enough of it, praising it as one of her most artistic endeavors yet. For many, this song, coupled with the album as a whole, is quickly becoming a favorite. And let’s not forget about her unique style and music video that has already won over countless hearts.

I too enjoy the song, but what resonates with me are the fan comments about how Miley buckles trends. Although Miley has sported many stylish moments throughout her career, it’s that beaded mint top she wore that will linger in my thoughts for quite some time.

Among her notable outfits, that leather cutout dress from SNL50, or the one from the Grammys made of over 14,000 safety pins, truly stand out for me. She consistently steps outside the fashion norms with her choices, and I’m eagerly anticipating what bold move she’ll make next.
