For the upcoming eighth installment, “The Final Reckoning”, McQuarrie hints at a scene that left one viewer breathless, and I have a feeling this one will involve another death-defying stunt.

In a recent chat with Empire, Christopher McQuarrie hinted that the upcoming movie would include one of the most challenging scenes his team has ever coordinated, a claim significant within the Mission: Impossible series. Clearly thrilled to unveil the movie on the big screen, early test screenings have shown that the team has created something extraordinary and captivating. During our brief trial, someone mentioned feeling as if they couldn’t breathe at all during the whole scene, even approaching a near-heart attack. That made me think, ‘It seems we achieved our goal effectively.’
