With the arrival of the Gathering Hall, also known as the Grand Hub, following Title Update 1, players can now enjoy socializing with fellow hunters from various corners of the globe. There’s a chance they might be treated to an enigmatic performance by a captivating Diva.
Beginning shortly, the Monster Hunter Wilds will launch its inaugural Seasonal Event, marking the arrival of spring. This special occasion takes place from April 22nd to May 6th (Pacific Daylight Time).
In the course of Monster Hunter Wilds’ extended service, players will initially enjoy The Festival of Accord: Blossomdance, one of several Seasonal Events. This event offers a unique opportunity to explore the Grand Hub, which has been transformed by the vibrancy of spring blossoms.
Beyond this, Blossomdance includes a prevalent Japanese motif, offering numerous armor and customization choices for your hunter, Palico, Seikret, and Alma, all inspired by traditional Japanese aesthetics. The Sakuratide Armor Set is one such example, reflecting the distinctive East Asian style. Moreover, the Canteen offers a variety of authentic Japanese dishes, including sushi and seafood delicacies. To ensure you don’t miss out on these Seasonal Rewards, players are encouraged to claim them before the event concludes.
During the Blossomdance Event, Monster Hunter Wilds will introduce some of its hardest missions yet – a response from Capcom to those who felt the game was too simple. For a limited time, players can take on Arch-Tempered Rey Dau, an upgraded and dangerous form of the Apex of the Sands, to get hold of the new Rey Dau Armor, which boasts improved armor abilities. Arch-Tempered Rey Dau will be accessible starting April 29 and will remain until May 13.

Players who didn’t participate in previous weekly events can still join in, as Blossomdance is replaying all prior Event Quests. This includes the ‘When Do Quematrice Sing?’ quest, which grants players the Amstrigian Hat cosmetic item. Additionally, there are new and tougher Event Quests with better rewards, such as ‘Daughters of Carabosse,’ where players battle two Lala Barina to earn the newly introduced Blossom Armor. Monster Hunter Wilds is merely scratching the surface as we embark on its initial Seasonal Event. Currently, it emphasizes cosmetic items and time-limited quests. However, come late May, the game will undergo a 1.5 Update, introducing a substantial balance adjustment, more challenging beasts, and an Endemic List tracker for enthusiastic collectors of small creatures.
In the scorching days of Summer 2025, you can expect the arrival of Title Update 2. This update brings back the much-awaited creature, Lagiacrus, and introduces a fresh, seasonal event tailored for those hot, sunny afternoons.
