As a seasoned gamer and die-hard Stranger Things fan, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the fifth season like a starving Eleven with her psychic powers on overdrive. The latest sneak peek into the making of this epic saga has only served to heighten my anticipation, leaving me both exhilarated and slightly concerned.
A significant portion of the year 2024 up until now has been dedicated to the development of “Stranger Things” Season 5, with Shawn Levy, the executive producer and director of episodes, enjoying the blockbuster success at the box office for “Deadpool & Wolverine”. Few glimpses have been provided of this highly-acclaimed Netflix original series, as the co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer aim to keep as much information secret from their fans, who are known to be avid consumers of coffee while contemplating. Let’s show appreciation for Millie Bobby Brown for providing us with some tantalizing tidbits about Eleven during the extended break.
A more enjoyable way to kick off (or wind down from) a day could be by witnessing Eleven, Stranger Things’ cherished character portrayed by Brown, return to her nosebleed-prone ways during the filming of the last season. For those eager fans who adore the actress alongside her dog Winnie, rest assured that Winnie is also present on set, even if there’s less makeup around its snout.

Instead of assuming that MBB wears goggles for safety reasons as an actress, it’s intriguing if these goggles and the scarf around her neck are integral parts of her character’s costume for the scene being shot. Her nose bleeding suggests that she might have used her psychic abilities to overcome adversaries or delve into another character’s mindscape.
As a long-time fan of the Stranger Things series, I must say that the Duffers have always shown an impressive knack for blending the ordinary with the extraordinary. In my own life, I’ve found that the most memorable moments often arise from unexpected combinations of ideas and experiences. So when I heard about the teens joining a paintball league to take on Vecna in Hawkins’ annual tournament, I couldn’t help but be intrigued. It’s a scenario that doesn’t immediately strike one as typical for the show, but given the Duffers’ track record, it seems like they might just pull it off brilliantly. I can hardly wait to see how they weave this new element into the rich tapestry of the storyline!
As a gamer, I can’t tell exactly what Eleven is doing at that moment, but I sure hope it’s not some stomach-churning stunt scene. It looks like the next shot of Winnie surrounded by deep red light is definitely part of a spooky and ominous filming session.
The Comments from the Creators of Stranger Things on their upcoming Season 5 have left me feeling more anxious than ever about Max, and possibly Lucas as well.
Moving past the scene featuring Duffer and Doggie, let’s focus on the intriguing last image instead. At first glance, it appears to be an innocuous shot of a camera operator, but considering its setting, it carries a prophetic message. The location strongly resembles the Hawkins Lab exterior, and those vines are strikingly similar to the ones that appear whenever the Upside Down is mentioned.
It’s plausible that the lab where Eleven once lived could fall under the control of Vecna and other malevolent forces before the final battle. If it survives at the end, it would feel out of place given the narrative progression. However, let’s hope it gets destroyed instead, Eleven! But please be careful not to put yourself in harm’s way while doing so.
As a devoted fan, I’m excitedly anticipating that the filming for Stranger Things Season 5 will carry on for most of this year. This means we won’t find it gracing our screens in 2024 television lineups, but rather sometime in 2025. In the meantime, let’s make sure to stay out of trouble and keep ourselves entertained with reruns!
