In their most recent job posting, Rocksteady is seeking a Game Director – a role they apparently lacked during the development of ‘Suicide Squad’. Previously, Sefton Hill and other high-ranking developers departed before the game’s launch, leaving Rocksteady without a designated Game Director.
The most recent Batman: Arkham game released was Batman: Arkham Shadow, a VR game produced by U.S. studio Camouflaj for Meta Quest devices. Though it received acclaim for its engaging storyline and immersive features, it wasn’t crafted by Rocksteady.

The Gotham Knights game didn’t quite capture the essence of what made the Arkham series great, but they aimed to create a Batman game without featuring Batman himself.
If the latest Arkham game introduces a brand-new character, it’s reasonable to anticipate that the quality of the storytelling will match the highly praised Arkham trilogy and boast an array of formidable adversaries.
