Recently, Gippy Grewal was present at the unveiling of his upcoming film, titled Akaal. At this lavish occasion, he was accompanied by Bollywood director-producer Karan Johar, who has financed Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor’s project, Nadaaniyan as well. Speaking about the criticism faced by the young actors for their teen romantic comedy film, Grewal reminisced on his own career beginnings, where people around him often wondered ‘What could he possibly achieve?’

Speaking of the hit Punjabi movie “Carry On Jatta,” there were those who questioned the effort put into its creation. However, it ultimately surpassed the Rs 100 crore mark, leading him to believe that such challenges only serve to inspire artists further. As for Khushi and Ibrahim, he acknowledged that as newcomers, it’s possible that some people will appreciate the film while others may not.
