Nadaaniyan Screening: Khushi Kapoor, rumored BF Vedang Raina have same ‘love language’; Janhvi Kapoor’s reply is way too relatable

For quite some time, it’s been whispered that Khushi Kapoor and Vedang Raina might be in a romantic relationship. Most recently, they were both present at the private screening of Khushi’s upcoming film, Nadaaniyan. Intriguingly, when asked about their ‘love language’, both Khushi and Vedang gave identical responses. And Janhvi Kapoor’s reaction to this revelation seemed strikingly familiar.

On March 6, 2025, Netflix India’s Instagram account posted a lively video from last night’s Nadaaniyan premiere. At the event, Vedang Raina, who was there to support Khushi Kapoor, was queried about his love language. He replied, “I express love through touch and physical affection.” When asked the same question about herself, Khushi responded, “I show love through both physical touch and verbal encouragement.

Khushi’s sibling, Janhvi Kapoor, was also present at the event. Expressing her affection style, she exclaimed enthusiastically, “Food is my way of expressing love!” Dia Mirza, one of the film’s cast members, added, “I believe I have three expressions of love: performing acts of service, giving words of encouragement, and giving gifts.

Online viewers responded to the video and posted red heart and eye-heart emojis for the rumored couple. Many people identified with Janhvi Kapoor’s response. One person stated, “Janhvi is like me, and I am like her,” while another commented, “She had me at ‘food is my love language.'” A comment read, ” @janhvikapoor is authentic when she said ‘food is my love language.’

The highly-anticipated Nadaaniyan debut was graced by Ibrahim Ali Khan, Khushi Kapoor, along with the entire cast and team of professionals. Additionally, Arjun Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Orry, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, Suhana Khan, Atlee, Sanjay Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Veer Pahariya, and a host of others showed up to lend their support for the team behind the project.

Netflix India posted a review of the movie on their Instagram Stories, which featured feedback from both Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan. In her comments, Janhvi expressed her pride in Khushi Kapoor’s performance and acknowledged her diligent work. She described her character Pia as “both fun and vulnerable.” On the other hand, Sara praised her brother and hoped that viewers would find him just as captivating as she does.

Nadaaniyan, directed by Shauna Gautam, arrives on Netflix tomorrow.
