At his place, we enjoyed a lovely meal together. Despite being under the weather, he was full of energy. Surprisingly, he expressed a desire to return to work. Laura and I encouraged him, suggesting that he might as well work from his trailer if he insists. But he wasn’t done yet; his creative spirit was vibrant and evident in him.
Expressing her profound sadness, she remarked that the loss was “incredibly heart-wrenching.” After experiencing a fortunate and robust beginning following David Lynch’s debut, she considered him not only as a creative collaborator but also a cherished friend. She expressed her hope to reunite with him soon, as they had arranged to meet in just a couple of weeks, given that she was residing in L.A at the time.
