As a die-hard fan of Squid Game who has spent countless hours binge-watching and analyzing every minute detail of this masterpiece, I can’t help but feel my heart racing with anticipation at the news of “Squid Game: The Experience” coming to New York City. Having lived through the nail-biting tension of the original series, I can only imagine the adrenaline rush of participating in real-life challenges inspired by it!

Are New Yorkers ready to play some red light, green light?

As an enthusiastic fan, I can’t contain my excitement as Netflix announces the launch of “Squid Game: The Experience” in New York City this coming October! This immersive event promises to place me right in the heart of the nail-biting action, allowing me to feel the tension and thrill of the beloved series like never before.

The interactive event will take place at the Manhattan Mall, offering attendees a chance to showcase their abilities and tactical thinking in activities modeled after the show, including the classic “red light, green light” game.

In line with the real-life Squid Game event in Los Angeles last year, “Squid Game: The Trials” in New York will offer similar experiences. This includes a vibrant night market featuring Korean cuisine, treats, and drinks, as well as a “Squid Mart.” Here, you can find collectibles, merchandise, and photo opportunities.

Starting October 11th, the Squid Game: The Experience will be open to visitors from Thursday through Monday. Ticket sales for both individual and group bookings will commence on our platform starting August 21st.

Netflix intends to roll out additional Squid Game-themed experiences across Europe and Asia towards the end of this year, coinciding with the release of the second season of the hit show. The second season of Squid Game is scheduled for after the holiday season, with a third season also being developed. Additionally, Netflix will revive its reality competition series titled Squid Game: The Challenge.

Additionally, Netflix is planning to broaden its live experiences venture by establishing two permanent Netflix Hubs in Pennsylvania and Texas, expected to open next year. Each Netflix Hub will feature live events similar to those previously launched for shows like Squid Game, Bridgerton, and Stranger Things, along with food options, a retail store, photo opportunities, and additional attractions.
