Netflix Teases ‘Squid Game’ Season 3’s Newest Killer Doll

As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for survival games and a soft spot for Korean dramas, the news of Squid Game‘s third season has me utterly thrilled! The addition of a new killer doll, Chul-su, only amps up the suspense and anticipation. I can almost hear the chilling “Red Light, Green Light” theme song echoing in my mind.

Having binge-watched season two in record time and being left on the edge of my seat with that nail-biting cliffhanger, I’m eagerly awaiting the return of this gripping series. The fact that the new season promises to be even harder than its predecessors has my adrenaline pumping already!

And let me tell you, as a fan who’s been through countless gaming marathons and binge-watching sessions, I know what it means when they say “harder.” It’s going to be a rollercoaster ride that I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world!

Oh, and just one more thing – with this new doll Chul-su joining the fray, I can’t help but wonder if he’ll have a catchphrase as iconic as “Young-hee, Young-hee!” I hope he doesn’t call me “Chung-sook” – that would be just too much! (A little inside joke for fellow Squid Game fans out there!)

A new killer doll is set to terrorize the players of Squid Game season three.

Netflix gave a sneak peek at the new character, Chul-su, who is shown alongside the familiar figure of Young-hee in a brief clip. Three mysterious figures are also seen getting ready to play “Red Light, Green Light,” suggesting that the game in season three might be more challenging than its previous versions. The teaser concludes by revealing that the show’s last season will air in 2025.

The second season of Squid Game surpassed all previous records as the largest television debut ever on Netflix, attracting 68 million viewers in just its first four days. This tops the earlier record set by Wednesday with 50.1 million views in 2022. Furthermore, it now holds the No. 7 spot among Netflix’s most popular non-English TV series of all time, based on a title’s viewership during its initial 91 days.

Check out the trailer provided. The second season of “Squid Game” is currently available for streaming, and the third and final season is scheduled to debut later in the year.

Everyone say hi to Chul-su 👋 Squid Game 3 coming 2025.
