In September 2024, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh became parents to their daughter Dua, marking the start of their parenthood journey. Now, it’s been reported that this dynamic duo has expanded their property portfolio. They’re said to have rented a luxurious apartment in the Prabhadevi district of Mumbai at a monthly cost of approximately 7 million rupees.

Based on a recent article in The Indian Express, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have leased a luxury apartment within the Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Their new residence is situated in the bustling district of Prabhadevi, offering convenient connectivity to both Central and Western suburbs, as well as major thoroughfares such as the Western Express Highway and the Worli-Bandra Sea Link.

Delightfully immersed in the thrill of unveiling secrets, I’ve stumbled upon some captivating details about my dream apartment! According to the registration documents obtained by Square Yards, this lavish abode boasts a sprawling built-up area of 3,245 sq. ft., with a cozy carpet area of approximately 2,319.50 sq. ft. This exquisite unit will not only provide me with three personal parking spaces but also offer an array of luxurious amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and state-of-the-art security systems to ensure my peace of mind.

Deepika and Ranveer signed a lease for their apartment back in November 2024, which lasts for three years. They initially paid a security deposit of INR 21 lakhs upon moving in.

The pricing structure for the rental agreement works in tiers. For the initial 18 months, the monthly rent stands at INR 7 lakhs. After that, it rises to INR 7.35 lakhs for the rest of the period.

Currently, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are delighting in their new family life with their daughter, who they welcomed on September 8, 2024. They announced her name, Dua, during the festive celebration of Diwali.
