As a longtime fan of both NIGO and Young Thug, I can hardly contain my excitement for their upcoming collaboration “Dope Boy”. Having grown up with NIGO’s groundbreaking designs and witnessed his evolution into a cultural icon, it’s truly amazing to see him venture into the realm of music production. The fact that he’s doing this in partnership with one of hip-hop’s most innovative artists today just amplifies my anticipation.
This week has been quite eventful for NIGO. On Monday, he officially unveiled his extensive and long-term collaboration with Nike. Towards the end of this week, he plans to delve into his musical endeavors, releasing a collaborative single titled “Dope Boy” featuring Young Thug on Friday.
Earlier today, NIGO announced that the release of his upcoming single is near by posting a short clip from its music video on his Instagram story.
“Dope boy Nikes / Dope boy Nikes,” Thug spits over the Wheezy-produced beat.
In the sneak peek, you can spot NIGO fitting his latest NIGO x Nike Air Force 3 Low “Blue Void” sneakers. He then dons a pair of “I know NIGO!” headphones and swiftly departs in a red Porsche.

Additionally, Steven Victor announced the release of “Dope Boy” on his Instagram account, revealing its cover artwork.
“Album soon,” Victor further indicated in the caption.
