Nike Reveals Two Black and White Air Jordan 39s

As a long-time Jordan Brand enthusiast with over two decades of collecting under my belt, I must say that the latest addition to the Air Jordan family, the Air Jordan 39, has truly piqued my interest. The focus on performance rather than aesthetics is a refreshing change and aligns perfectly with my active lifestyle.

As a diehard sneakerhead, I’m thrilled about the upcoming Air Jordan 39 “Croix” and “Barons” dropping in 2024! These beauties will be available in two stunning colorways: White/Black/Dark Powder Blue (FQ0213-100) and White/Black (FQ0213-010). Both versions carry a $200 USD price tag. Keep your eyes peeled for these iconic kicks, as they’ll be available exclusively at Nike!

Following the signature style of Jordan Brand, the Jumpman team seized the opportunity during summer and NBA downtime to unveil the newest addition to the Air Jordan series – the Air Jordan 39. This new sneaker prioritizes performance over aesthetics, which sets it apart from other models in the lineup. Since its debut, various colorways have been released, such as a partnership with A Ma ManiĆ©re.

The new lineup of Air Jordan 39 unveils two designs, one being the “Croix” colorway where the shoe’s textured base is enveloped in white, contrasted by black on the toe overlay and lacing system. The Jumpman logo on the tongue is highlighted with a “Dark Powder Blue”. Moving on to the second pair, it showcases the traditional “Barons” color scheme, reminiscent of Michael Jordan’s time playing for the Birmingham Barons baseball team. This design was previously used in 2014’s AJ1 and AJ9 releases, featuring a black base with white accents elsewhere.

Currently, there’s no word from Jordan Brand regarding the release date of the “Croix” and “Barons” colorways of the Air Jordan 39. Keep an eye out for announcements as we anticipate these pairs to hit stores by the end of the year, available through Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $200 USD per pair.
