Nilu27 Unveils the NILU Hypercar: An Out of This World V12 Masterpiece

As a longtime aficionado of high-performance automobiles, I’ve seen my fair share of stunning machines that promise to redefine the boundaries of speed and style. However, the NILU hypercar, unveiled by the visionary duo Sasha and Inna Selipanov, is a breath of fresh air in an industry increasingly dominated by digital interfaces and electrification.

The innovative hypercar brand, Nilu27, created by renowned designers Sasha and Inna Selipanov (formerly of Koenigsegg), has unveiled its inaugural vehicle – the NILU hypercar. This groundbreaking car will be presented at Pebble Beach during Monterey Car Week, defying industry norms by prioritizing a rugged, hands-on driving experience that harks back to automotive roots.

The NILU supercar boasts a naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 engine, co-developed with Hartley Engines, generating more than 1,000 horsepower. This engine embodies the brand’s dedication to an intense, raw driving sensation. Drawing inspiration from ’60s F1 racers, traditional Italian design, and the Bauhaus concept of “function informs form,” the car’s design combines aesthetic appeal with superior performance engineering, creating a striking vehicle that beautifully balances functionality and beauty.

Instead of the trend in the industry moving towards electrification and digital interfaces, the NILU hypercar emphasizes manual controls and tangible sensations. It boasts elements such as an open-gate seven-speed manual transmission and a clutter-free steering wheel, providing a driving experience centered around driver involvement and accuracy.

Only 15 exclusive units of the NILU hypercar will be produced, with an additional 54 street-legal versions planned. For those eager to see this vehicle in reality, mark your calendars for August 15, as the NILU will be displayed at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
