Liam Gallagors, the frontman of Oasis, apologized on X on Tuesday for a post he made the previous day that used a disrespectful term towards East Asian people. This was reported by The Independent.

Or even more concisely:

On Tuesday, Liam Gallagors from Oasis apologized on platform X for using an offensive term against East Asians in a now-deleted post, as reported by The Independent.

Over the years, the bond between the Gallagher brothers has had its fair share of turbulence, leading to their band’s disbandment a decade and a half ago. Yet, their upcoming reunion tour in 2025 promises to be one of the most eagerly awaited concert events.

Following performances at two venues in Wales, Oasis is scheduled for ten concerts across England, three in Scotland, and two in Ireland. After wrapping up these shows, they’ll commence their North American tour with a performance in Toronto on the 24th of August.
