- Smooth and quick solo and multiplayer brawling
Greetings! You’ve entered Off The AppStore, a unique weekly segment. Here, we feature games not typically found in the usual places – they’re mobile games you can enjoy on your phone, but they bypass the traditional channels of the Google Play Store and the Apple AppStore.
This implies that you may need to put in some effort when it comes to downloading different app markets or APK files, or else you can just play the games directly on your phone browser. However, we will definitely provide clear instructions for each game. Continue reading to discover a fresh game or exciting experience that’s off the beaten path of traditional app stores.
In the realm of gaming, once a game has exhausted all possibilities on Earth, the next logical step is venturing into space – often referred to as the last great frontier. This is because an infinite number of possibilities could exist out there, making it an attractive setting for many game designers. However, this is merely speculation since we can’t confirm whether these elements actually do exist out there. On the other hand, if a game begins in space, that becomes the starting point for all the action. This is the approach taken by Papa Corps when they developed Astro Brawl. Can you discern the broader picture from this perspective?
Astro Brawl revolves around a fierce battle, as the name suggests, in an astronomical context. The combatants are diverse beings, some resembling astronauts in essence, who traverse the cosmos and find themselves amidst minor planets or perfectly round asteroids. Finding it simple and entertaining to navigate between these celestial bodies, they established a physical contest. Using their long-range weapons, they engage in combat across space spheres, attempting to strike one another through precision, gravity manipulation, and spatial awareness. While only those proficient in gravitational physics and geometry have a chance of emerging victorious, spammers who rely on projectiles also stand a fighting chance.
The game is just starting out, yet it offers a variety of single-player options along with the typical online multiplayer madness. You can engage in battles against progressively tougher enemy teams and various celestial layouts, or challenge the same team repeatedly to determine who racks up the most victories first. Your reliable weapon of choice – be it a bow and arrow or a gun – has a long range and can be pulled towards planets as they get near. Naturally, standing still isn’t an option here! Jump between planets, use their gravity to your advantage in attacking opponents. To make things even more exciting, there are power-ups that boost your character’s strength or provide an overabundance of ammo – enough to potentially obliterate the planets themselves!
The space battle game, Astro Brawl, has commenced! Be sure to watch its progress unfold. When our multiplayer servers reach their peak capacity, prepare for a surge of battles across the cosmos.
You can download and play Astro Brawl from its itch.io page right here!
