This correctional facility accommodates numerous inmates, including suspected murderer Luigi Mangione, who are being kept within its walls. As per a report from The New York Times, Combs’ cell is situated on 4 North, a section of the prison that holds approximately 20 men in total. In contrast to other parts of the facility, this area appears to be less restrictive, as inmates are said to have some freedom to move around within a dormitory-style setup, and there’s even an area equipped with exercise balls and mats for their use.
