Pas Normal Studios x Salomon Run It Back for a Fourth Collaboration

As a seasoned gamer and outdoor enthusiast with a penchant for both cycling and running, I can’t help but be thrilled about the latest collaboration between Pas Normal Studios and Salomon. With three successful partnerships under their belt, this fourth venture promises to deliver even more versatile activewear that blends minimalism, functionality, and a dash of adventure.

For the fourth time, Pas Normal Studios and Salomon are teaming up, this time focusing on multi-purpose activewear. The Danish cycling clothing brand is deepening their collaborative project with Salomon, blending the outdoor essence of both companies, offering a harmonious blend of minimalism and functionality for those seeking thrills whether on or off the bike.

This dual collaboration introduces two innovative items: Firstly, the DRX DEFY GRVL shoe, designed for effortless comfort as it transitions smoothly between pavement and gravel. It boasts a lightweight construction and an advanced energyFOAM that ensures superior cushioning and bounce with every step. The sole is equipped with Gravel Grip, a tread pattern inspired by gravel tires, providing traction on various surfaces ranging from asphalt to gravel.

In partnership with Salomon, creative director and co-founder of Pas Normal Studios, Karl-Oskar Olsen, has shared that this fourth collaboration presents an opportunity to design a novel gravel running shoe model and a 12-liter hydration vest – both in colors representative of Pas Normal Studios’ identity. The process has been invigorating as it merges the shared passions for movement and innovation from both brands. The resulting pieces not only enhance performance but also encourage self-discovery, exploration of cities, and surrounding paths. This collaboration aligns with the release of PNS’ FW24 Balance line for off-bike training, which will be available online starting October 9 as a limited edition collection.
