As a dedicated sneakerhead and avid follower of the collaborative efforts between Patta and Nike, I can’t help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation at the rumor of another Patta x Nike Air Max 1 collaboration in 2024. The history of their partnership is nothing short of impressive, with each release adding its unique chapter to the storied legacy of these two iconic brands.

As an avid gamer and sneakerhead, I’m always on the lookout for exciting collaborations between my favorite brands. And let me tell you, the partnership between Patta and Nike is one for the history books! According to the buzz around the sneaker community, especially from the reputable Air Max fan page run by Bubblekoppe (who used to be a guest on Sole Mates), we’re in for another amazing collaboration in 2024. That’s right, folks, another Patta x Nike Air Max 1 is rumored to drop next year!

If the initial findings are correct, the upcoming Patta Air Max will have large shoes to fill. The collaboration between Amsterdam’s boutique and Nike began in 2009 with the iconic “Chlorophyll” design, which was followed by the “Purple Denim” and “Denim” versions to mark their fifth anniversary. In 2010, Patta and Nike extended the celebrations with the “Lucky Green” Air Max 1 and the ultra-exclusive “Cherrywood” silhouette, featuring Amsterdam influences and only 300 pairs produced. More recently, The Wave collection of six Air Max 1 designs in various colors was released by Patta in 2021 and 2022, each with distinct wavy mudguards.
