Peter Finds Love in Deleted ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Scene

As a die-hard fan of the X-Men universe, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement when it comes to the unexpected romance blossoming between Peter and B-15 in the deleted scene from Deadpool & Wolverine. Rob Delaney’s portrayal of Peter in Deadpool 2 was nothing short of brilliant, and his return, albeit briefly, has left me beaming with joy.

During the summer season, the duo of Deadpool and Wolverine broke box office records for R-rated films, surpassing all prior expectations within the franchise. Critics praised it highly, as did viewers. However, if there’s a criticism to be made, maybe it’s that they could have included a tad more of Peter, the adorably awkward character who won fans over due to Rob Delaney’s portrayal in Deadpool 2.

Well, ask and you shall receive.

In an unused sequence from the film, Peter unexpectedly discovers affection, locking lips with character B-15 portrayed by Wunmi Mosaku, who is a stand-in for Loki. The Hollywood Reporter refrains from revealing more, but you can view the special video clip provided below.

The digital release of the movie took place on October 1st, while the physical version will be available starting October 22nd. Extra features include deleted scenes involving Peter, behind-the-scenes documentaries, and commentary from director Shawn Levy and lead actor Ryan Reynolds, who were also co-writers and producers alongside Levy.

The movie has earned approximately $1.33 billion since its release in late July, placing it as the highest-grossing film worldwide for the year, surpassed only by an anticipated sequel of “Inside Out.

In the movie “Deadpool 2”, Delaney introduced the character of Peter, who was part of the X-Force squad and lacked any superpowers. Known as “Sugarbear” by Deadpool, Peter tragically perished during their initial mission, along with many other team members. However, in a scene after the credits, Deadpool revived Peter using Cable’s time-travel gadget, setting him up for another appearance in “Deadpool & Wolverine“.
