‘PGA TOUR 2K25’ Trailer Flexes Enhanced Graphics and New Game Features

The trailer for the upcoming video game, PGA TOUR 2K25, has been released! This exciting new title will transport gamers to some of the most iconic golf courses and tournaments on the PGA Tour. With golfing greats like Tiger Woods, Max Homa, Matt Fitzpatrick, and up-and-coming sensation Rose Zhang gracing the cover, as well as a host of innovative new features, this game promises to be a must-play for any sports enthusiast!

Contestants will face off against both established PGA TOUR professionals and personalized MyPLAYERS, who might represent brands like Titleist, Callaway, COBRA, and adidas, on a variety of courses such as the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow, the U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club, and the 153rd Open at Royal Portrush Golf Club, along with PGA TOUR events including the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am held at Pebble Beach.

The star attractions among the new features are an advanced EvoSwing system and a Perfect Swing. The innovative EvoSwing mechanism includes fresh shot types, trajectories, ball roll dynamics, and visual enhancements. In this game, a player’s swing is analyzed into four key elements: contact, rhythm, transition, and swing path, each of which is carefully measured.

In a recent announcement, Perfect Swing is introduced as a fresh challenge level that minimizes the influence of external elements on a player’s swing.

In-game rewards are obtained via experience points, attribute point accumulation, and progression through skill development trees. Meanwhile, the return of Cross-platform Ranked Matchmaking caters to those with a more competitive spirit in the world of golf gaming.

The Standard Edition of the game titled PGA TOUR 2K25 will be released globally on Friday, February 28. However, those who pre-order either the Deluxe or Legend Editions can enjoy up to a seven-day Early Access starting from Friday, February 21.
