As a long-time admirer of Pharrell Williams‘ creative genius, I must say that his latest Tiffany Titan collection is nothing short of breathtaking. Growing up by the sea myself, I can totally relate to his fascination with the ocean and its mysterious allure.
After the initial release of Pharrell Williams’ Tiffany Titan collection in May, showcasing a variety of 18-karat yellow gold, black titanium, and diamond pieces, the new designs from him now focus entirely on pearls.
Pharrell explained that his Tiffany Titan collection was inspired by his love for water and its association with Poseidon, the sea god. The name ‘Titan’ is influenced by Poseidon, while ‘Atlantis’, the name of the community he grew up in Virginia Beach, also plays a role. Interestingly, in Japanese mythology, pearls are believed to be formed from the tears of water creatures, which is why Pharrell chose them to symbolize his connection to water.
In this new line for the jeweler, the multitalented designer has introduced an elegant 18-karat gold necklace adorned with pearls and diamonds. Building upon the distinctive spike motif from the Tiffany Titan designs, the Poseidon-inspired theme now features pearls over 11mm in size. Notable items within the collection are a striking pearl bracelet and necklace. The pearl designs can also be found in a standalone pearl necklace and a pair of earrings. This collection aligns seamlessly with the jeweler’s rich heritage of working with pearls.
