Starting June 3rd, Pokémon Go is set to embark on a summer journey called Delightful Days season, offering a plethora of surprises, new introductions, and festival-like excitement. Continuing from the Might and Mastery season which ended with the notable appearances of Urshifu and Gigantamax Machamp, Delightful Days maintains the energy by presenting an array of engaging features until September 2nd.
One key aspect of Pokémon Go’s Delightful Days season lies in the much-awaited Go Fest 2025, an international event scheduled for June 28th-29th. Anyone can participate without a ticket, but purchasing upgraded access grants additional perks such as bonus features, Special Research tasks, and an encounter with Volcanion.
If you’d like a more immersive festival experience, you have the option to attend in Osaka, Jersey City, or Paris this year. This edition of Go Fest is particularly noteworthy as it introduces Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta, long-anticipated additions.
For fresh arrivals, Pokémons from Paldea, Galar, and Hisui will be introduced for the first time in Pokémon Go. The Gigantamax versions of Cinderace and Inteleon are spearheading Max Battles, with Dynamax Hatenna and others joining during the season. Keep an eye out as more Max Pokémons will rotate in over the coming weeks.

The season brings updates to certain well-known features. The Go Pass resurfaces for a limited period, featuring a unique progression system. For those who want the quickest rewards, there’s GO Pass Deluxe. Meanwhile, Egg-pedition Access makes its return with new Monthly Timed Research and daily Incubator incentives. And, to make coordinating raids with friends and other trainers easier, there’s a fresh RSVP planner available now.
In addition, Community Days, PokéStop Showcases, Go Battle League events, and special Delightful Days with seasonal rewards such as an additional Special Trade each day, increased experience points for the first catch, and twice the duration of Daily Adventure Incense will be happening throughout the season.
