Polestar Reworks the Polestar 6 for Experimental Concept Car

As a devoted follower of automotive innovations, I was absolutely thrilled to witness Polestar’s latest offering at the Goodwood Festival of Speed – the Concept BST. The Swedish brand never fails to surprise us with their unique designs and this concept car is no exception.

At the most recent Goodwood Festival of Speed in Sussex, England, Polestar showcased its primary models, joined by an unexpected addition: the Polestar Concept BST. For the unveiling of its third concept car, Polestar added distinctive touches to a special edition of the Polestar 6 (Swedish brand’s model).

The Polestar 6 is predicted to debut in 2026 according to official announcements. On the other hand, the Polestar Concept BST is described as more than just a blueprint for manufacturing – “BST” stands for “Beast,” a nickname given to this extreme concept car. The vehicle boasts a classic silver finish and features the letters “BST” prominently displayed on its side.

At the forefront is a black splitter, and the back showcases Polestar’s inaugural rear wing, lending it a robust yet athletic appearance. Completing the sleek design are 22-inch alloy wheels and a rear diffuser to minimize air resistance.

In 2020, Polestar introduced its first car concept, which was based on the Polestar 2 model. Employees at the company’s headquarters affectionately named it “The Beast.” This moniker came to be for both the Polestar 2 BST edition 270 and the broader Polestar concept series.
