Porsche Unveils Exclusive 911 S/T in Bespoke "Dani Blue"

As a seasoned gamer with a penchant for virtual racing and collecting digital cars, I must admit that this real-life Porsche 911 S/T in Dani Blue has left me green with envy! Having spent countless hours customizing my in-game rides, I can appreciate the meticulous work that goes into crafting a one-of-a-kind vehicle.

Porsche’s custom Sonderwunsch program has revealed its new masterpiece, a unique 911 S/T painted in an exclusive shade called “Dani Blue,” tailor-made for horse breeder and Kentucky Porsche fan, Jorge Carnicero.

Dani Blue, a color, was given its name in tribute to Daniela Milošević, an accomplished color and trim designer at Porsche, who made significant contributions to its creation. Drawing inspiration from the timeless Enamel Blue of the 1964 Porsche 901, this hue was carefully adjusted to complement the contemporary 911 S/T model. The final product is a rich, intense blue that mirrors Carnicero’s aesthetic sensibilities and embodies the sporty spirit of the special edition vehicle.

Longtime Porsche enthusiast, Carnicero, had often found it challenging to obtain a vehicle in his desired blue hue. His past collaboration with Porsche yielded a British Racing Green 911 GT3 Touring. Yet, with the introduction of the 911 S/T, Porsche ultimately provided him with a car in his cherished dream color, a wish that had been unfulfilled for quite some time.

Remarkably, this car showcases exquisite craftsmanship with a distinctive three-tone pepita design on its seats, accompanied by extensive Graphite Blue leather upholstery. The exterior elegance is enhanced by Brilliant Silver accents, while the interior offers lavish cross-stitching and customized elements such as a personalized logo and a covert “Dani” signature.

If you’re eager to see the unique 911 S/T up close, mark your calendars for Monterey Car Week, taking place from August 15 to 17. After that, it will be passed on to Carnicero.
