BMX rider Nigel Sylvester has quickly become one of Jordan Brand’s key collaborators, and his partnership has been making waves since their first Air Jordan 1 project in 2018. Last year saw the launch of the Air Jordan 4 RM, and he’s continuing to make an impact with the Jumpman team. As we enter a new year, the “Firewood Orange” Air Jordan 4 is slated as the next installment in the “BIKE AIR” series by Sylvester and Jordan Brand. Following a sneak peek of the shoe being leaked online at the end of 2024, Sylvester announced the colorway as “Brick By Brick,” which pays tribute to the obstacles he’s overcome in his career while also referencing his hometown, New York City.
Last night, Sylvester held a special gathering for friends and relatives to mark this occasion. Not only did he reveal his forthcoming AJ4 collaboration, but also unveiled a 15-piece clothing line. This coordinating collection encompasses various items such as “BIKE AIR” jackets, custom helmets branded with collaborative logos, and work shorts embellished with the phrase “Brick By Brick”. Furthermore, a long-sleeve jersey showcasing shoutouts to both partners was also presented.
For those interested in purchasing the entire Nigel Sylvester x Jordan Brand “Brick By Brick” clothing line, it’s set to launch on March 14th. You can find it on Nike SNKRS and at select retailers. Keep an eye out for more details and images as we approach that date.
