As a dedicated follower and admirer of Priyanka Chopra, I must say that her latest Instagram post is a testament to her multifaceted life. It’s not every day we get to see a global superstar juggle motherhood, work commitments, and personal moments so gracefully.
For several weeks, Priyanka Chopra has been in Australia, filming her movie titled The Bluff. The actress frequently shares snapshots of her time there, including sweet moments with her and Nick Jonas’ daughter, Malti Marie. Recently, she posted a collection of recent events (referred to as ‘Lately’) that included fun activities such as watching the ongoing Olympics, the mother-daughter pair singing a Disney song, Malti learning to make roti, and more.
On August 1, 2024, Priyanka Chopra posted a collection of images and clips on Instagram, offering a glimpse of her recent days in Australia. She titled the set as ‘Lately’ and provided explanations for each image in the caption. The first picture was a selfie taken in front of a mirror, showing Priyanka wearing protective gear for stunts. In the caption, she jokingly mentioned, “1: partial padding for stunts. It takes ages to get into costume. Apologies to my ADs.”
Afterward, there was an adorable photo of her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, who was trying to make a chapati. Her hands and face were dusted with flour. Proudly, she declared, “I’m making roti (crying emoji) @maltimarie.” (This translates to: I’m making flatbread, while crying)
In another photo, Priyanka is seen with a plaque featuring Miss Ercell from the Cayman Islands (🇰🇾), one of her inspirations. She said, “Miss Ercell from the Cayman Islands is one of my inspirations for #thebluff. ‘Today is a gift from God that I will use. In exchange, I give a day of my life for it. So I shall not forget the price I paid for it.'”
In the video, Priyanka’s mom Madhu Chopra along with some friends were spotted preparing meals in the kitchen. While the others were busy working, the charming Priyanka jokingly remarked, “I guess I’m here just to look good.”
In the caption, she shared: “4: Arriving home after an exhausting day at work, finding a homemade meal prepared by my mom waiting for me, and at that moment, having Anjula and my team with me was like a breath of fresh air and just what I needed to rest and face another day tomorrow. @khushboobajpai06 @tylerwincott15 @oysterlily”

Later, a video showed an emotional scene where Priyanka and Malti harmoniously sang the tune ‘How Far I’ll Go’ from Moana on their microphones. Priyanka playfully addressed them as “Moana, Malti, and Mama.”
In a photo featuring her mother cooking in the kitchen, Priyanka mentioned, “My mom and two others are the main chefs here. You can find them as @anjula_acharia and @drmadhuakhourichopra.”
Afterward, a peek into the movie set’s environment was shared, and the actress of Dil Dhadakne Do described it by stating, “Long hours at work occasionally call for some rejuvenation during filming breaks.”
There was also a picture in the slide which showed a television screen playing a game from the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024. Rooting for team India, Priyanka expressed in the caption, “8: the Olympics 2024 baby, go team India!! and also the best athletes from all around the world. I love the Olympics.”
The last picture in the Instagram post was a stunning selfie of Priyanka and she added, “9: just me on another day at work. Boring.”
